In-Home Personal Training

Here's what you can expect when you train with me:

  • Complementary Assessment - We'll meet at your home to talk about what you want to accomplish, and if personal training is the right solution for you. We’ll go over any physical limitations you might have, and medical issues that could affect your ability to exercise. After that, I’ll have you do a movement assessment that takes less than 10 minutes to complete.  All of this allows me to create a workout that is custom designed for you based on your physical abilities, restrictions, and movement patterns. This session is complementary.
  • Complementary Workout - The second time we meet will be to workout with a program that I design specifically for you. All of the exercises in the workout are selected based on the information gathered during our first meeting. This workout serves two purposes – First, it allow me to continue to "assess and evaluate" your abilities. Second, it helps you decide if I’m the right trainer for you. It’s my “audition”. If you like my approach and training style, then you can hire me to train you. This session is complementary as well.
  • Custom Exercise Programming - My normal training sessions are 60 minutes long. Each one is custom designed according to your goals, your abilities and your physical restirctions. There are no “cookie cutter” workouts with me. Every session brings you closer to your stated goal(s). So, if your goal is to get rid of the hard-to-lose fat around your belly, then the exercises, tempo, and intensity of the workouts will reflect that objective. If you want to train for a marathon, then the workouts will get you ready to have the best race of your life. 
  • Injury-Free Focus - Regardless of the goals, keeping you free from injury in training is my number one priority. Therefore, each session has dpecific warm-up, cool-down, and stretching protocol that helps to keep you safe, and keep you active. Especially if you are invovled in sports such as tennis, golf, paddle, running, etc...
  • No Equipment Needed - Don't worry if you don't have a gym in your home, or any special equipment. The only thing you need is an area of about 6’ by 6’. A carpet area is great, but not necessary. I will bring everything we need to train – yoga mat, weights, bands, balls, etc. You don’t have to worry about a thing…
  • Private Gym Facility Available - If, for some reason, we cannot workout at your home, then I do have a private gym where we can workout. The gym is Greenwich Fitness, and it is located at 209 Bruce Park Avenue in Greenwich. It has a fully equipped locker room with showers and towel service. It's located 1 minute from the Greenwich train station, which makes it very easy if you're heading into Manhattan for work.

Includes:

$120 per session

  • 60 minute custom-designed workouts
  • Use of all training equipment (when accompanied by me)
  • Fully equipped locker rooms with showers and towels
  • Free parking behind the building
  • Very close proxmity to the Greenwich train station
